歐盟擬更新玩具法規(guī)EN71協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
2023年4月，歐盟在其官方公報(bào)上發(fā)布(EU) 2023/740決議，考慮到玩具安全指令的更新以及歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會(huì)（CEN）發(fā)布的新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，擬再次修訂歐盟玩具法規(guī)2009/48/EC的協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)清單。新的協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)清單如下：

該協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)清單取代2021年11月份歐盟在其官方公報(bào)上發(fā)布的(EU) 2021/1992決議，且自該決議（(EU) 2023/740）在官方公報(bào)上發(fā)布之日起，最新的協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)立即生效。
2009/48/EC是歐盟的玩具法規(guī)，被稱為“史上最嚴(yán)格的玩具標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”規(guī)定了玩具的機(jī)械物理性能、燃燒性能、化學(xué)性能、放射性能、電動(dòng)安全性能等要求，這些要求的相關(guān)協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)會(huì)在歐盟官方公報(bào)上實(shí)時(shí)更新。產(chǎn)品只有滿足了這些協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)才會(huì)被假定滿足2009/48/EC能進(jìn)入歐盟市場(chǎng)流通。
